Class Policy

  1. All students must pre-register. Classes are filled on a first come first served basis and payment must be made at time of pre-registration.
  2. Class supply lists are available online under CLASSES - CLASS SUPPLY LIST - click on the class name.
  3. If a class is cancelled, purchased class supplies can be returned ONLY if they are unopened with original packaging. Thanks for your understanding.
  4. Some classes have minimum or maximum enrollment; and in the case of maximum, a waiting list will be kept.
  5. Store credit will be given for cancellations 5 days prior to scheduled class. Cancellations 4 days or less prior to class, please call the shop.
  6. Credit or refunds are not given for "no shows" and teachers are not asked to offer make-up classes.
  7. All classes start promptly. The classroom opens 20 minutes prior to the start time. For example: Class scheduled at 10:00 am. Classroom opens at 9:40 am.
  8. Requirements include a working knowledge of your sewing machine (functioning properly), necessary accessories and machine manual.
  9. Children & visitors are not permitted in classes & cell phones kept on low volume please.
  10. It is understood and assumed that you accept this policy when you register for a class.
